What Attendees Say

I truly enjoyed attending the event – I found it incredibly inspiring. In my graduating class in Madrid in 2019, about 70% were women. Despite these numbers, surgical specialties are still considered as male-specialties and most department heads are still men. I deeply appreciate the visibility this event gave to these realities. The final panel discussion was truly powerful. I left the event feeling inspired and with so much to reflect on. I am excited to join the community!

The event was both informative and inspiring. The diverse panel of experts each provided unique perspectives and insights into the challenges women face as they progress through their medical careers. Constructive, practical advice was offered to help women navigate the various paths toward leadership in the healthcare arena.
